I woke up this morning realizing that I have to make a whole bunch of peach cheesecakes for the peach festival at church. July has been a rather wild month, we went to visit with our kids in St. Clair MO for the 4th then I got to work for the Board of Education about a week and I was supposed to go to Boston with my husband for a meeting this morning, but his mom (who lives with us) became suddenly ill and had to be hospitalized. She was released yesterday so that was the end of the Boston trip.

I'm getting ready for school to start. Scott will be in his final year at West Georgia Tech (I hope) and Greg will be in his second year at Auburn. Making lunches for them this summer has been a major drag. Because of their jobs, they have to eat on the run so sandwiches are all they want. I try to make the sandwiches interesting, but if they can't sit and savor it, what's the point...
