Ahhh Christmas

I can't believe it's Christmas time already. I'm revving up for a big week next week. I get to do a whole bunch of different hors d' oeuvres for a theatre party and then I am catering my husband's department retreat. I actually love this but it wears me to a frazzle. I often get asked what is my favorite thing to cook. To be honest I don't have a favorite. I'm just as happy baking a cake as I am putting together a chicken dinner. At Christmas time I absolutely LOVE to bake cookies. I've already started my doughs and lament not being able to try every cookie I find a recipe for. Maybe I should start a cookie of the month club and designate people to get a dozen cookies so I can bake all these cookies.
